There are clear instructions for every Service / Product:

✨ New approach to Mindfulness: course + coaching - 3-week package - After you place your order, you will be receiving the material (short videos and exercises) + personal coaching via email for a week and only THEN you will be asked if you would like to buy the whole package. If you say NO - you get that week for free!

💬 Online sessions - You book a session and you pay for it AFTER the session only if you see it's worth it (if you find value in what you get). If you are not satisfied with gained insights or achieved progress - you get that session for free! 

In any case, once you decide to make a payment, we agree on a payment method that is the most convenient for you.

In accordance with the foregoing, our Services and Products are not eligible for refund.
