There are clear instructions for every Service / Product:

✨ New approach to Mindfulness: course + coaching - 3-week package - After you place your order, you will be receiving the material (short videos and exercises) + personal coaching via email for a week and only THEN you will be asked if you would like to buy the whole package. If you say NO - you get that week for free!

💬 Online sessions - You book a session and you pay for it AFTERWARDS and only if you see it's worth it. If you are not satisfied with gained insights or achieved progress - you get that session for free! 

In any case, once you decide to make a payment, we agree on a payment method that is the most convenient for you.

In accordance with the foregoing, we don't offer refunds.
